Who we are
Refined by Fire Studio is a local visibility studio. We diagnose Map-pack presence and, when you hire us, we tend Google Business Profile, reviews, directory listings, rank reports, and—on applicable plans—website work (new, rebuilt, or existing), landing pages, and local authority work. This policy covers this website and that work. It does not cover Google, directories, or other sites we do not operate.
Questions, access requests, and deletion requests go to [email protected]. We work nationwide from the United States.
This website
If you only read the site, we do not ask for your name. The pages-host records ordinary request data (address, browser, time) so the site can load and stay up.
If you request a free local rank audit, you send your name, email address, business name, primary service, service area, an optional website or Maps link, and any notes you type. We use that to diagnose the pack for your city and to email you findings, usually within a few business days. We do not use the audit form to build a marketing list.
The form includes a hidden field meant to catch bots. If that field is filled, we discard the submission and do not email it.
Hosts and mail
This site runs on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare sees the request data needed to serve pages and to protect the network.
When the audit form is armed against spam, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person submitted it. The check may send a token and, when present, the connecting IP to Cloudflare for verification. We do not use Turnstile to profile you for ads.
Audit requests are emailed through Resend to [email protected], with your address as the reply target. Resend processes the message so it can be delivered.
If you start a retainer from the pricing page, you leave this site for Stripe Checkout. Stripe processes the payment. We receive confirmation and the contact details Stripe shares with us for that purchase. We do not see your full card number.
Client work
If we take you on, we handle the information needed to tend your public presence. That typically includes:
- Access you grant to your Google Business Profile, including public listing content, posts, photos, hours, and Q&A
- Review text, photos customers send, and the replies we write in your voice
- Name, address, and phone as they appear across directories
- Rank Watch reports we prepare for you
- Email and messages we exchange about the work
We use this to keep the listing current, request and reply to reviews, keep listings consistent, and tell you where you sit. We do not promise a rank. We do not delete Google reviews, and we will not tell you that we can.
Unhappy customers can still leave a public Google review. Quiet feedback can come to you first; the path to Google stays visible.
How long
Audit requests stay as long as we need them to reply, to keep a record of the conversation, and to meet bookkeeping and legal duties. If we do not take the work, we do not keep the file longer than that record requires.
Client files stay for the engagement and a reasonable period after, so we can hand off access, answer a later question, and keep required records. You can ask us to delete what we still hold; we will say if a legal duty blocks a piece of it.
Your rights
Email [email protected] to ask what we hold, to correct it, to delete it, or to get a copy. If someone else is asking for you, we will need proof they may act. We will not charge you for an ordinary request. If you are in a US state with a privacy law, those rights apply to the extent the law covers this studio.
Because we do not sell or share for ads, an opt-out of sale or share is already how we operate. A Global Privacy Control signal is treated the same way.
This site is not for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them. If you think we have, write and we will delete it.
Information you send us is processed in the United States. If you write from elsewhere, you are sending it here.
We will change this page when our practices change. The date at the top is the current version. If a change is material, we will say so on this page.
